Suleman Ahmer

  • Founder and Board Member
Suleman Ahmer founded Timelenders in 2002 with a vision to help individuals and organizations pursue meaningful lives through worthy vision, inspiring character, and exceptional competence.
He graduated in electrical engineering from the University of Nebraska, USA, and his research in solid-state physics has been published in international journals. His analytical background and commitment to principle-centered development shaped the frameworks upon which Timelenders was built.
Under his leadership, Timelenders developed from a small Karachi-based initiative into an international training and consulting organization serving people from diverse cultures and professions.
Beyond Timelenders, Suleman has spent more than 30 years contributing to humanitarian work across health, education, orphan development, and community welfare. Although his primary focus is now on humanitarian initiatives, his vision and principles remain deeply embedded in Timelenders’ work and direction.

Yameenuddin Ahmed

Yameenuddin Ahmed has been an integral part of Timelenders for over 21 years. After joining as a trainer and consultant in 2004, he became CEO in 2017 and has since led the company into a new era of growth, innovation, and international impact.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in business and commerce, with postgraduate studies in cost and management accounting. He has also completed national and international certifications in business development, human psychology, and information technology.
Yameen specializes in helping family-owned businesses improve sustainability, governance, alignment, and long-term continuity while remaining sensitive to their cultural values and family dynamics.
He has influenced thousands of individuals through his workshops, consulting work, and thought leadership. He is also the author of Beyond the Chains, an e-book that explores procrastination and helps readers move from stagnation toward purposeful action.

Abdul Ahad Munir

  • VP of Consulting Services & Business Development — ASEAN
Abdul Ahad Munir has been part of Timelenders since 2014 and plays a central role in its consulting services, business development, and operational strength.
He is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. His financial expertise, structured thinking, and ability to understand complex organizational challenges have made him an important contributor to Timelenders’ consulting work.
Abdul Ahad facilitates tailored client solutions and leads detailed assessments to understand each organization’s challenges, priorities, and growth opportunities. His work is particularly valuable for family-owned businesses navigating financial, operational, governance, and succession-related concerns.
He also leads Timelenders’ business-development efforts in the ASEAN region, helping the organization serve diverse markets while maintaining the quality, cultural understanding, and principle-centered approach for which Timelenders is known.

Hassan Adnan

  • VP of Consulting Services & Co-Founder, Generational Family Business Program
Hassan Adnan joined Timelenders in 2016 and serves as Vice President of Consulting Services and co-founder of the Generational Family Business Consulting Program.
He holds a master’s degree in Business Analytics from Sweden and brings together analytical insight, strategic thinking, and practical business understanding. His core strength lies in developing growth strategies and sustainable frameworks for organizations and family-owned businesses.
As a key researcher and strategist behind the Generational Family Business Consulting Program, Hassan has helped businesses address complex challenges involving growth, governance, succession, family alignment, and long-term continuity.
He also played an important role in launching Timelenders’ online-learning initiative in 2016 through Reinvent Yourself. That initiative later evolved into The Art of Success Online Masterclass, which reached thousands of people globally. He continues to contribute to Timelenders’ digital-learning strategy and its vision of reaching millions worldwide.
