Your Days Are Full. But Are They Yours?

A full calendar can hide an empty direction. When everything feels urgent, the people, priorities, and purpose that matter most are quietly pushed aside. The real cost isn’t lost time—it’s a life lived by default.

The Real Problems Aren’t on Your Calendar

Four hidden forces keep capable people busy, overwhelmed, and disconnected from what matters most.

Unclear Priorities

When everything feels important, urgency controls your day. You stay active—but what truly matters keeps getting postponed.

Constant Distractions

Notifications, interruptions, and avoidable emergencies fragment your attention, leaving important work unfinished and your mind constantly occupied.

Chronic Procrastination

You know what needs to be done, yet meaningful goals keep moving to tomorrow while smaller, easier tasks consume today.

Competing Roles

Work, family, health, and faith pull you in different directions. You appear present everywhere—but feel fully present nowhere.

Three Days. One Practical System for Life.

A clear journey from discovering what truly matters to building a system that keeps it present in your daily life.

Day 1

The Reality Check

Step back from the noise and look honestly at your life. Through powerful reflection exercises, you’ll identify what truly matters and build the foundation for meaningful change.

Day 2

The Framework

Learn to separate what matters from what only feels urgent. Using practical tools, you’ll understand priorities, recognize self-created emergencies, and protect your attention from distractions.

Day 3

The Execution

Turn clarity into consistent action. You’ll learn the GK Book system, map your yearly, monthly, weekly, and daily tasks, and leave with a practical structure for managing your life.

A question I ask

in every workshop

For more than two decades, I have worked with people from all walks of life — professionals, parents, entrepreneurs, students, and scholars. But more importantly, I have walked this journey myself.

It’s not the phone. It’s not the messages. It’s not even time. What is it?

I’ve spent the last 23 years sitting with people who came to me thinking they had a time problem. CEOs. Doctors. Mothers. Students. Family business owners running multiple companies. Every single one of them said some version of the same sentence:

“Yameen bhai, I don’t know where my days go.”

Here’s what I’ve learned. Almost none of them had a time problem. They had a clarity problem dressed up as a time problem. And until that was named, no app, no planner, no morning routine was going to save them.

If any part of that feels familiar, keep reading. This page is written for you.

Honest answers to honest questions

No. We work on two main pillars — Prioritization, and Determination — because time management without clear priorities is rearranging deck chairs. By the end of three days, you'll see why most "time management" content never sticks.

The honest answer: if you can't find three days to fix the thing that's costing you the next thirty years, the workshop is already telling you something. Most graduates say the three days returned themselves to them many times over within the first quarter.

No, the content is not religious in the way that word is usually understood. It's principle-driven. When we talk about a full life, and not just the 9-to-6 slice of it, we have to build on solid foundations. Some of the deepest, most useful concepts and frameworks in this workshop are drawn from divine wisdom and the Seerah of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).

What we also don't do is gatekeep it. The frameworks are universal in their application. Whether you practice faith or none, the ideas here are about being a clear-thinking, purposeful human being. Thousands of participants from many backgrounds have walked into this room and walked out saying the same thing: this is for everyone who is serious about how they spend their life.

"…What I learned in three days made me question how I had been spending the last fifteen years of my life. Six months later I brought my wife, and my two daughters. My life and my family have not been the same since, and I mean that in the best possible way."
— Bharat Kumar, Sales Professional, Dubai

Yes, absolutely. We've had families attend together. Many graduates bring their spouse or teenager to the next intake after their own. Ask the team about couples and family discounts.

Speak to the team. We accommodate genuine cases with a transfer to a future intake or to a family member.

The full workshop is in-person by design. We do have a recorded online course called Life by Design that covers the frameworks at your own pace. You can ask the team for the link or explore it after the workshop.

If you've read this far, you already suspect it is. Reserve your seat. If the work doesn't speak to you in the first session, the team will help you exit gracefully.

Then we don't keep your money. It's that simple.

Our position has always been this: if the work doesn't benefit you, we don't have the right to hold on to your fee. Speak to the team by the end of the workshop, share your honest feedback, and we'll refund you in full.

In 24 years of running this workshop, this has never actually happened. Not once. But the offer stands regardless, because it's the right way to do this work. You should never have to gamble your money on whether a workshop delivers what it promised.

Your Time Will Pass Either Way

The question is whether it takes you toward what matters or simply deeper into busyness.
For 24 years, we’ve helped people replace confusion with clarity and good intentions with a practical system. If you’re ready to take control of your time, reserve your seat.

About

Yameenuddin Ahmed

Yameenuddin Ahmed is the CEO of Timelenders. Over the last 24 years, he has worked with more than 50,000 people and hundreds of organizations across Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and Far East.

He doesn’t teach motivation. He teaches frameworks. The difference, in his words: motivation is entertainment. Frameworks change lives.
What participants tend to remember, though, is not the content. It’s the room. Yameen teaches through stories, not just slides. The pace is easygoing. The tone is warm. The humor lands gently when it needs to. People walk in expecting a serious three-day training and walk out saying it felt closer to a long conversation with someone who genuinely wanted them to win.
This matters more than it sounds. Twenty learning hours over three days is a long time to hold a room. The frameworks would mean nothing if the experience were a lecture. Graduates say the opposite of a lecture is what they got: a facilitator who listens as much as he teaches, answers questions properly, and turns abstract ideas into stories from real lives you’ll recognize as your own.
